Not yesterday I learned to know
The love of bare November days
Before the coming of the snow,
But it were vain to tell her so,
And they are better for her praise.

This cowl is worked in the round with a simple textured stitch pattern that looks deceptively complex. A slight shift in the start of the round melds the stitch pattern so there is no break between the rounds.
The pattern is written to use a single skein of Leisel from Grand View Farm. This angora blend farm yarn blooms and softens even more as it’s knit. If you can’t work with angora I’d recommend another special yarn that will bloom like a cashmere or bison blend.
