Bewitching Hour is the second pattern released for my Time on my Hands e-book. These are elegant women’s gloves twisted columns of stitches that travel up the cuff and taper down along the back of the hand. You can favorite and queue them on Ravelry.
The pattern is written in three sizes: 6.25 (7.5, 9)”/16 (19, 23) cm hand circumference. They knit up using Quince & Co’s Chickadee yarn, a beautiful US wool yarn. You’ll need 200-355 yards depending on the size you choose. I love these gloves because the sport weight yarn makes them a really quick knit while still making a thin enough fabric it doesn’t feel chunky between my fingers.
The pattern is available on it’s own for $5 or as part of the e-book collection which gives a significant savings over buying the patterns individually. Clicking the button above will take you to an automated paypal checkout where you can pay with credit/debit card or paypal balance. The download will automatically be e-mailed to you, and added to your Ravelry library if you have an account there. Thanks to Ravelry for making this feature available to members and non-members alike!
And, if you’re not parading around the woods in a ball gown, these gloves have nice long cuffs that will keep the wind out of your sleeves nicely too.
